Fethiye Turkey Paragliding Booking Terms
All bookings made through Fethiye Turkey Paragliding are governed by the conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Your Contract
Your contract is with DFF Seyahat Turizm ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., operating as Explore With Off Travel Agency, a licensed TURSAB member (Certificate No: 17880). Once your booking and payment are received, a confirmation will be sent to the lead traveler. This confirmation finalizes the agreement and is legally binding under Turkish law. The lead traveler must be at least 18 years old and agrees to communicate these terms to all participants in the booking.
2. Website Accuracy
While we aim to keep all information on our website up-to-date and correct, occasional errors can occur. Please verify all details at the time of booking.
3. Travel Documentation and Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure all travelers have valid passports, visas, health documents, and meet the entry requirements of the destination. Check with your consulate for updated regulations. We are not liable for denied entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.
4. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all guests. It is your responsibility to select a policy that covers your specific needs, including paragliding activities, health, and cancellations.
5. Financial Protection
As a licensed travel agency under TURSAB (17880), your payments are protected according to Turkish travel regulations.
6. Payments
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Full payment must be made at least 12 weeks before departure unless otherwise specified. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and applicable charges. We accept payment via credit and debit card.
7. Price Changes
Prices may change due to fluctuations in transportation costs, exchange rates, or government fees. You will be notified of any price adjustment. If the change exceeds 10% of the total cost, you may cancel without penalty.
8. Amendments
Should you wish to amend your booking after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability and applicable fees (typically $50 per person).
9. Cancellations by You
Cancellations must be made in writing by the lead traveler. Charges apply based on the time before departure. Insurance premiums and certain components may be non-refundable.
10. Cancellations or Changes by Us
We reserve the right to make changes to your travel arrangements. If a significant change or cancellation occurs, you will be notified promptly and offered alternatives or a refund.
11. Flight Details
We are not responsible for airline delays or cancellations. Rights and compensations are subject to airline policies and EU regulations where applicable.
12. Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate participation for any guest whose behavior is disruptive or dangerous. Any resulting expenses will be the responsibility of the guest.
13. Complaints

14. Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the services we directly provide. We are not liable for incidents resulting from third-party service providers or force majeure events.

Please notify us of any special requests or medical conditions at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee all requests.
16. Data Protection
We collect necessary personal data to process your booking. This information is securely stored and not shared with third parties outside the scope of travel arrangements. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
