Consumer Rights – Right of Withdrawal – Cancellation and Refund Conditions
General Terms
By completing a reservation or purchase through this website, you acknowledge and accept the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you during the transaction.
All purchases made through our platform are governed by the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legislation.
Any delivery-related costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Unless otherwise stated, purchased services or products will be delivered to the recipient at the address provided during the order within a legally permitted period not exceeding 30 days. If this period is exceeded, the buyer has the right to terminate the agreement.
All products or services must be provided in accordance with the description shared at the time of purchase and, if applicable, must include documentation such as warranty papers or user manuals.
In the event that the fulfillment of the service or delivery becomes impossible, the seller is obligated to notify the buyer within 3 days. A full refund will be issued to the buyer within 14 days from the date of notification.
In Case of Non-Payment
If the buyer fails to pay the full amount or the payment is canceled by the bank, the seller is not obliged to deliver the service or product.
Unauthorized Credit Card Usage
If a product or service is delivered and it is later discovered that the credit card used was fraudulent or unauthorized, and the payment is not processed by the bank, the buyer must return the service-related documents or items within 3 business days at the seller’s expense.
Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
If unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller’s control prevent the timely delivery of the service or product, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may choose to cancel the order, request a similar alternative, or wait for the issue to be resolved. If the order is canceled:
- For payments made by bank transfer, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
- For credit card payments, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days. However, the bank may take 2–3 weeks to reflect the transaction in the buyer’s account.
Buyer’s Responsibility to Inspect
Upon delivery, the buyer is expected to inspect the goods or services for any visible defects such as damaged packaging or missing components. Any such issues must be reported immediately, and the item should not be accepted from the shipping provider. Acceptance of the product implies it was received in good condition. If the buyer intends to use the right of withdrawal, the product must be kept unused and returned in its original condition along with the invoice.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any legal or penal liability and without providing a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the service or product to the buyer or the individual designated in the order.

Withdrawal Period
For services, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the date of contract signing. If the service has started with the consumer’s explicit approval before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
All costs related to the return process are covered by the seller.
To use the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to the seller via registered mail, email, or a similar permanent communication channel within 14 days, and the service or product must remain unused and in original condition.
How to Use the Right of Withdrawal
For returns, the product’s invoice must be included. If the invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice must also be provided. Returns without proper documentation cannot be processed.
Returned items must include all original components, packaging, and accessories, and be undamaged and complete.
Refund Conditions
Once the seller receives the withdrawal notice, all charges paid by the buyer, along with any debt-related documentation, will be refunded within 10 days. The buyer must return the goods or service documentation within 20 days.
If the product or service has been devalued due to misuse or negligence by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for compensating the seller accordingly.
In case the withdrawal results in the total order amount falling below a campaign threshold, any applied discount will be revoked and deducted from the refund.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to:
- Services that have already begun with consumer approval before the end of the withdrawal period.
- Products that are made to order or personalized for the buyer.
- Items that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons once the packaging is opened (e.g., swimwear, cosmetics).
- Products that deteriorate quickly or expire.
- Software, digital content, or audio/video materials with opened packaging.
- Periodicals, magazines, newspapers (excluding subscription contracts).
- Services delivered instantly in a digital environment.
In order for returns of certain products such as books, DVDs, CDs, software, toner, and similar items to be accepted, they must remain unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
Late Payment and Legal Consequences
In the event of default due to delayed payment, the buyer agrees to pay interest and any legal fees arising from enforcement actions initiated by the issuing bank. If the seller suffers damages due to delayed performance of obligations by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for compensating these losses.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or EFT to our Turkish Lira (TRY) accounts.
You can also pay online using a credit card. Single-payment and installment options are available. The total amount will be charged at the time of order confirmation.
