2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall be interpreted as indicated:

Regulation: Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188)

3. Subject of the Agreement

9. General Terms

The BUYER acknowledges having read and approved all pre-contractual information regarding product features, pricing, delivery, and payment conditions.
Delivery will be made within the legally allowed 30-day timeframe unless otherwise specified.
The SELLER is obligated to deliver the goods/services in compliance with all legal and contractual conditions.
In case of unavailability, an equivalent product may be offered with BUYER’s consent.
If fulfillment becomes impossible, the BUYER will be notified and reimbursed within 14 days.
If payment is not received or canceled by the bank, the SELLER has no delivery obligation.
In cases where the product must be returned due to unauthorized credit card use, the BUYER agrees to return the item within 3 days.
Delays due to force majeure will be communicated; the BUYER may cancel or request an alternative.

Products must be inspected upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected at that time.
Suspicious transactions may require verification of the cardholder’s identity or banking documentation.

10. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery by notifying the SELLER in writing.
The right of withdrawal is not valid once service provision has started with the BUYER’s approval.
Items must be returned with original packaging and accessories.
The SELLER will refund the full amount within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal request and product.
The BUYER is responsible for any value loss due to misuse of the item.
Any campaign discounts forfeited by the return will be deducted from the refund.

11. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The following items cannot be returned:

Personal care or hygiene products if packaging is opened
Digital content or software once activated
Customized or perishable goods
Services already commenced with the consumer's consent

12. Late Payment and Legal Consequences

If the BUYER defaults on credit card payments, they accept liability for applicable interest, bank charges, and legal fees, along with any damages incurred by the SELLER.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the BUYER’s location, depending on the financial value as set forth by Turkish legislation.

14. Enforcement

This contract becomes effective upon the BUYER’s electronic confirmation and payment on the website. The SELLER is responsible for ensuring confirmation of this agreement before order fulfillment.
